About the Director
Asiala Denise Rivera
Founder and Executive Director
Asiala Denise Rivera is an entrepreneur, workforce development leader, and policy advocate based in Massachusetts.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Trade Core, a workforce development nonprofit focused on Trucking, Trades, and Real Estate
Asiala studied Human Services and Political Science at Cambridge College, grounding her work in community based solutions, public policy, and systems level change.
Her commitment to workforce equity is deeply personal.
She is a mother, a wife, and a survivor of Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, as a pediatric patient. These experiences shaped her leadership philosophy rooted in resilience, determination, accountability, and faith, and inform her lifelong commitment to creating second chances and sustainable opportunities for others.
Asiala is actively engaged in workforce development education and advocacy at the city and state level.
